Every 2 seconds in the US, there is a new victim of identity theft. Veterans experience this at more than twice the civilian rate†. Between the targeting of VA benefits, decades of SSN overexposure, the growing complexity of government programs, and more, your identity is at risk and it’s hard to know who to trust. That’s why ID Resolve is proud to focus on veterans’ unique needs: because those who have served our country deserve the best.

WHY VETERANS CHOOSE ID RESOLVE
In an ecosystem where trust feels risky, it’s important to rely on those you know. That’s why we’re honored to partner with some of the nation’s leading nonprofit organizations in support of veterans and service members. Their approval is a mark of our dedication — a mark we wear proudly, and the big companies don’t have.
The big companies tend to offer expensive bundles full of services you’re already paying for elsewhere. With ID Resolve, you can choose between two plans:
Or, if you already have that security elsewhere…
No overselling, no paying for extra services you already have protected.
Often, the spouse of a veteran can be at even higher risk of fraud due to different defense reflexes or varying awareness of realistic-looking scams. You and your spouse are one unit. From our point of view, it just makes sense that they receive the entire reach of your protection for only $20 more a year.
The unique threats veterans face are constantly evolving, and when the security of a military member’s identity is compromised, so too becomes their privileges. This can jeopardize a service member’s pension, benefits, even security clearances — and thereby their way of life. In staying aware of the nuances of veterans’ needs and specific threats, we always know the next step.
Plenty of services offer small discount codes you can find digging through special offers sites. ID Resolve is different. To honor our service members, we created a unique low price made just for U.S. veterans and spouses. We built our pricing for veterans because we believe you deserve straightforward protection – no fine print or hidden fees.
Our resolution specialists are a team of Americans who understand your circumstances and treat you with dignity and respect. When you pick up the phone to report that your personal data has been a part of a breach, your call isn’t going to some automated system in another part of the world like the big companies handle it — we’re ready to help on our turf, 24/7/365.

Identity thieves target people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, incomes, and locations, but there are three groups who have experienced higher incidences of identity theft and fraud in recent years. Millennials are more likely to share personal information, such as contact information via social media, which identity thieves target. Seniors make up 35% of all cases of identity theft². As you get older, the ramifications can be exponentially worse, since you simply may not have enough time to rebuild your financial security. Children have clear credit reports, which are highly valuable to criminals who can fraudulently use their data unnoticed for years. ²FTC, 2017

Credit card fraud is one of the most common types of fraud. As identity theft and fraud continue to persist, so does the need to take action to minimize the risk of victimization and resulting damage. With ID Resolve 360, you will have 360º protection, helping to defend against potential threats. Our proprietary technology and certified professionals offer full-service and hands-on assistance in the event of an incident.
When you add sensitive personal information in the Monitoring Portal for monitoring, your data is never stored and is never transmitted in an unencrypted form. When you add your information, we generate a random string of text (a unique ID, also called hashing) to represent the data. We also utilize multifactor authentication at login, which provides another layer of security and enhanced protection. Multifactor authentication helps reduce online identity theft and fraud, since your password alone is no longer sufficient to grant full access to your account. Multifactor authentication allows you to access your account after presenting two or more credentials.
